The lights work just the same as with the stock. it doesn't affect your night vision.

Thanks and yes, I just dropped it down to the gauges level. At night I would have these 2 glowing strips of fairing that were hanging over the lights. I didn't like how it looked so I just painted the back of the fairing black to fix it. Other that that, it was pretty easy and I like how it looks.
