is there possibly ecmspy for a mac? or is there a similar program that can be used? or possibly an iphone app?(i doubt someone has fiddled into that one) i bought a 03 xb9s that came with a D&D on it when i bought it and i dont think it has a race ecm in it so i would like to remap if possible but i dont have a palm or a windows laptop. any help is greatly appreciated.

dont all macs have the capability to dual boot in windows, i think its called boot camp or something? i dont know much about them i am a pc user for a couple reasons but we wont get into that.

and there is no app for it but i really wish there was, as i did break down and get an ipod touch.

Two options:

Use boot camp plus a copy of a windows operating system. Windows XP is generally the most stable, although I am currently running Windows 7 on a number of my Apple machines.

Use Parallels or some other virtual desktop program. Again you'll need a copy of a Windows OS for this to work, but it will allow you to run Windows within OSX. I'm not sure about hardware support for the drivers needed for the ECM cable, but they would probably work from within the virtual desktop.
