Another question from the new guy

I am doing the service on my bike and the spark plugs need changed BAD, I was reading a thred on here awhile back and someone suggested a higher performance plug.
If anyone knows the thred Im talking about or has any suggestions on plugs I'd appriciate it. And I just have to say I think this forum is awsome especially for guys that dont have alot of other guys around that ride buells. Thanks again for all the help.
