Any COD Black Ops 2 players here?

I ran into an issue when I recently bought Call of Duty Black Ops 2 for PC. Every aspect of the game works as it should with the exception of the online playing. I have attempted to use the COD forums, and their technical support number (it was a 7 hour wait). Anyone on here ever run into this?

All my friends have it for PS3, so I can't help you there either. I only have Battlefield 3 and CS:GO on PC. If it's anything like Battlefield, I think I had to enter some additional activation code in order to "Unlock" the multi-player features (this was in addition to the normal activation key), maybe thats also the case with Black Ops 2 for PC?

Hmmm i have never heard of that one before. Was the activation code in the game or did you have to download it?

The activation code for BF3 is an EA thing it was required for consoles too so I doubt that's the issue.

Servers may be down. I have PS3 but have a buddy that plays PC ill ask him and let you know.

He said he hasn't had any problems. Asked if your getting any messages when trying to start multiplayer. Also mentioned to make sure your drivers were updated.

what happens is when i get into the multiplayer, the game freezes for about 15 seconds, then is back to normal. Then when i click on online play, pick say team death match, it gets into the loading screen and loads for about 5-7 minutes. Then it pops up and says "you have been disconnected from the COD Black Ops 2 server."
