My first investment was in guns and they are still worth their weight in gold, my second was in silver and it has increased 600% in the time I have had it. My third investment was in real estate and well you have to live somewhere but I have managed to keep the properties I have purchased. My fourth has been perhaps the most lucrative - but least financially sound and includes my stt and three Harleys.
Oooo you meant the stock market. In both 2001 and in 2008 I lost half of what I had invested. Good luck with that. I'm glad I have a defined benefit (union) pension.
