I am trying to see if there would be a market for a rear turn signal kit like what I put together for my bike. It would be plug and play besides having to drill holes for the lights. I am considering making such a kit if there is interest. Here is what I have on my bike and offering. If I had to take a guess at the moment cost would be in the $50 range. I would only be making it for the Lightnings and X-1's cause that is all I have access to at the moment. I could make something up for a Firebolt but don't know anyone who has one to let me make something for.

That is similar to something I made for my bolt tail, and it ended up my wife following me couldn't see my signals. Great idea, but how visible?

I've had some friends follow me in cars and on bikes in the day and they say they don't have a problem seeing them. I figured when I built them they would only be able to be seen at night but that isn't the case. When they start blinking you know it. If it wasn't crappy outside I would roll the bike out and get some pics of them flashing in the daylight.

I might be interested, but it may help answer questions if you posted both pics and possibly video of them in action to gain a better perspective of how bright they actually are.

Are Those LED lights?

Bikes in the garage? Go out there at night, turn off the flash on your camera. Take a picture with the lights on then turn off the lights and take another.
Don't have to be outside.
