Anybody heard about these tires???

I'm gonna need new tires pretty soon and looking for the best deal. I know that Pirellis are recommended and stuff but I'm tight on budget as hell. I don't do any stunts and performance riding, just riding around the town and some cruising out of the town on the weekends.
I came across these. Here's a link to Shinko tires. Price is really low. What do you guys think? Maybe other tires for poor people recommendations ?

tread pat look like rain tires. i dont like that big tread down the center of the front tire. thats right in the middle of the contact patch for straight line breaking. for a bit more you can go more name brand. who knows might be nice tires. never heard of 'em tho
