Ok hear me out. I'm riding a 08 firebolt after spending 25 or so years on a 750 GPz. When really pushing in corners the GPz would shake it's head, slide around, stand up in corners under braking, had ****** brakes, all that fun stuff. The Buell on the other hand just does everything perfect, and at much higher speeds. I love it but it seems like a bit of the fun is gone, if ya know what I mean. Let me know what ya think. Wayne

I believe your nutz!

I have expereinced that crazy-ness of older tech and I like the new.

I just sold my 1984 Gpz900 the first Ninja... Try doing 160 on a 25 year old bike :) I love the Gpz's! But old single piston brakes and 140 series tires and nut's and bolts that can rattle loose... Yeah maybe my XB12 is to tame???

Ummm... am I the only one who likes crossed up head shaking power slides. The Buell seems like it will kill me if I try that ****. LOL :D

My friend just bought a 1984 gpz900! Where do you live polkiejoe?

That's the thing about Buells, they do mostly everything extremely well, but when they don't want to do something, they will let you know very rudely that they do not want you doing that. "You want to do a burn out? WELL NO YOU'RE NOT GOING TO!! You will be doing a wheelie instead!"

I hear you. There's an old saying:
"It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow."

No it is funner to drive a fast car fast

Me [up]

So push the **** out of your Buell till it hits the point where you are battling the roads capabilities. Then the fun starts.

you got it extreme!

I have never had more fun on 2 wheels than I have on my Buell... And in my opinion.. it has plenty of quirks to keep things exciting!

yeah haha... i changed it after reading it in preview... sounded a little fruity.. haha

had a 87 GPz750 myself with a beautiful formula pipe , man did that bike make some great tunes and had a rush like all inline 4's have towards the top rev range but as much as i loved that bike my leg would always sling over my buell first.
