So, is it wire EDM or electrode EDM and is there a difference? Seems likely majority saw wire EDM.

So, I'm about to send this out to get replaced. Does anyone know if the 6 bolts need to come out when sending to Twin Motorcycles and the retaining ring on the back of the rotor as well? Or just leave all that in?

You should remove the sprag clutch from the rotor, that would be the six bolts you are referring to. EBR wanted it that way, I would gather Twin would too. You would have to ask 50dro.

It's electrode EDM, you can't make a hole with wire EDM.
