M000SE, did you happen to get it from a guy in mad town? (madison, wi) I had the same problem when i tried to load just the race fuel map off the cd. I got to reading the posts on here and got confused frankly. Then it just hit me, Dont hook up the bike, load the whole race eeprom on ecm spy, go to the map tab, copy and save the race fuel maps, that way you can load just the fuel map and not worry about "bricking" the ecm. The whole thing kinda freaked me out, i've spent more $$ on this bike than I had expected already and didn't want to have to go out and blow any more cause of a mistake i could have avoided. Hope this helped in some way.

Adealeric, I dont remembmer where the guy was located whom i bought the ecm spy kit off ebay. i think it was from somewhere south....theres one on the cd that says x1. thats all it says. the maps looked identical to the one that was on my bike, but when i loaded it it would start up then turn off, and had a check engine light. so i reloaded my stock.
