Anyone have a GB muffler on their firebolt?

Looking for pics. I love the sound and I love the numbers. Just need to see how it looks. Seen a few pics on a lightning. Looking for some firebolt owners.

Thanks netty. The muffler by itself looks great. Now if only I could find one installed on a Firebolt. Everyone with that muffler seems to have a lightning

Hold your hand over the upper most part of the pic blocking everything above the motor and use your imagination..........there.........you see it?.............You just saw the muffler on a Firebolt.

Can the Jardine chin fairing mounts work with the GB exhaust? I have a set of these brackets sitting in a box, and am in the market for a new exhaust. I plan on keeping the chin fairing.

Yes, it will fit. I know this isn't a GB, but the dimensions are similar. 7.25" wide, 3.5" tall at the front end of the muffler. I'll have one (a magnaflow 11148 muffler) back the first of next week, it's out for a satin black powdercoat finish. I'll see if there's anyone local that wants to put it on their bike as a test fit and for pics. The magnaflow muffler body starts at the same point where the clamp is in the pic below, I used the same slip fit connection on both.

This is the one I found sitting hidden in a corner of my garage. I'd forgotten that I even had it until I had to drag out my power washer. It had surface rust on it from sitting on concrete for the last year, so that's why it's out being blasted and coated. I apparently lost the down-pipe, so I made another one, it looks similar.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I didn't want to start a new thread and have someone say "use the search button".

Anyway, still looking for a picture of a GB exhaust on a firebolt. Not a close up though. A close up on a Firebolt is going to look the exact same as a close up on a lightning lol.
If anyone has one, I'd like to see a picture of the whole bike with a GB exhaust installed.
