Anyone have BiLT Gear?

I have the winter riding jacket, pants and a helmet. I look at riding gear as disposable or once and done. If I go down, the helmet, jacket and pants will be thrown in the dumpster and I will all new stuff. Since I took this approach I found it easier for me to justify the lower cost.

The helmet is comfortable and the winter gear is very warm.

The only complaint I have is with the pants. The first day I rode in them, I always feel like my ass is gonna slide off the back when I get a little heavy on the throttle. (I don't even slide that much when I ride in jeans)

I have one of their textile jackets. Went down at about 30 mph(my fault, went into the curve to hot)and rolled/slid like a log. Tore the jacket up but not me. Not the highest quality but I bought it to give a try. Like an idiot I forgot my gloves so the hands took a beatin'. I try to buy the best I can afford,( especially tires!) cause I have lasted 60 years and find that most of the time you get what you pay for. Living here in Florida I see, to many times, people riding in shorts and FLIP FLOPS!!!. So any gear is better than none.

I have a pair of there trackstr boots and i like them...its better than wearing sneakers

My friend bought a pair of their gloves before our last, trip. He was bitchin' they were uncomfortable after the first 20 mins. Around an hour in, he took them off and threw them at me at 70 mph on the interstate.

I have a built 2 peace suit. Had a track day and they worked perfect. They have everything the more expensive brands have except the speed hump. They have a 5 year warranty on all items. so if it breaks they will replace it. I also have the winter leather gloves and i love em. I like built brand. If the helmets had a little more padding i would get one of them. But i like Icon helmets better becuase of the padding.
