how do you reach the damn handlebars? looks like they are a million miles away. Can't be comfortable.

Looks well built and tge price is good. I looke into building my own a while back and the cheapest I could do it myself was right around $8500, and that was me doing all the work.

Swapping the front fairing and bars would be nothing, I would buy it if I was in the market for another bike.

I just saw this exact bike (I'm pretty sure exact unless this has a twin) on ebay about 4-5 weeks ago

rigid, forward controls, lotsa seat +1, clip-ons, stock front end, 240?? on back, kickstand +1, 2 gal tank, looks like a cool barhopper,,,

best thing about it is the Buell drive train and wheels, rigid frame gets old pretty quick;);)

Redneck Engineer kit range from $3000-$5300 (this style we are talking about is $4000 for just the frame and body kit) plus any additional upgrades such as foot controls and what not and that doesnt include all the Buell parts. Then you need to convert it to have a Carb. Then there is paint work on the tins and coating for the frame.

The price is far for someone who doenst want the headache of hunting down everything. Plus I would assume it is titled so you wouldnt need to get it inspected which would save even more money.

I would pesonally change many things on the bike but it would be great for a complete base model....

Or you can buy a new one rigth from Redneck for close to $25,000...................

I'm sorry guys, but that is a waste of a perfectly good firebolt.

Exactly!!! He bought it new and turned to this... My heart hurts. Why he couldn't buy the parts he needed from Buellster parts or off of ebay :(

Have I ridden one? Yes. They're rigid and unforgiving. They don't turn very well, but they do turn well enough for driving in traffic and usual stuff. If you have lower back issues, don't bother because the seating position will kill you within a half hour. That said, they're a blast to ride from light to light since the rigid rear transfers power DIRECTLY to the road instantly. They look cool enough, but I would never butcher a perfectly good Buell by doing that. You do that to a wreck to give it a second life.

What a waste of a Bolt. Scrap yard build would've been the smart way to do that. Reminds me of what Two Guys Garage did to that poor Bolt.

what sucked the most about the two guys one was the fact that is was a brand new bike who never even got a chance to be the bike it was supposed to be
