Anyone want to swap tails?

I have a R tail, complete in like-new condtion, black, stock but de-badged. Ready to go. Looking to trade it for a S or SX tail.. will consider a rough looking seat too. Mostly the only thing that matters to me is the left and right sides and the tip of the tail and under tray.. we keep our locks. Hit me up and we can trade photos and make the swap. It will only cost us the shipping.

another thing.. I thought about it and I would be interested in doing a full R to S swap also... so front faring , triple clamp, brake lines , throttle cables , wiring harness, foot pegs all of that is up for grabs.. who out of you guys that want to swap tails also want to swap noses?.. because Im up for just swapping the whole thing,, I end up with a XB12S and you end up with a R model...

Ill make a video of what Ive got here in a while.

I won't be trading tail but that's really clean if anyone wanted a 2nd opinion.

ok I can trade everything off in pieces too.. if no one wants to swap everything Ill just do the nose with you and the tail with someone else.. you want to do the front end parts too?

my new S tail is on and Im buying new blades to do the tail chop..

Italian Job's bike looks fantastic .. Ill have him post some photos of it. looks really cool.
mine is gonna look great once I get the fender chopped.. anyone know where I can get a seat cowl for the S.. doesn't have to be carbon.. plastic or fiberglass I think may be best in this application.

MDI cf seat cowl is the cheapest thing at the moment $106...ASB has both cf and fg, but well over 200 bucks, I bought the fg one back in '06, it was 160 bucks then. A forum member makes 'em as well, but still pricey and across the pond is just as bad.
I'm working with a co-worker that does fg and cf work and we've discussed making one in fg for my bike. I have the M0090.1AD seat installed. We're going to make a mold, then build up the required thickness for strength. May be a week or two before we start the project.
