Are stock XB9s dogs?

With a few mods like open air intake and open exhaust I'm able hit the gear limited top speed of 131mph. Fast enough for me and enough power to goose the throttle for wheelies.

I think it's safe to say, having read all this, that the XB9 is not a "dog" by any stretch. If it is running like a "dog", they're is probably something mechanically wrong.
