Thanks, The blinkers and license plate lights were on the bike when I got it. But I'm pretty sure they are just generic blinkers that a bunch of people carry. And the license plate lights are just small led's. Thanks for the feedback.

I know in ohio those tinted headlight covers they used to make are illegal. You may want to look into your state laws.
