Best cover, disc lock and starter accessories?

I currently have a kryptonite chain and lock. However, would it be wise to get a disc lock as well? If so, what is the one you suggest?

Also, I am looking for a cheap, non-flashy cover.

Finally, anything else I should look at for starter goodies?
