Its an aftermarket kit you can buy. As i said that thing is pretty well modified to be asking less the 4K for it. Unless he lives in the middle of no where.

I have an 07 xb9r with 7500 miles and 2 brand new tires that I picked up for $3350 a few months ago. Guy just didn't want it anymore and was having trouble finding a buyer.

I've seen Buells sit on CL for months at $1000 or more below book before and never sell...

That a sharp looking bike. Honestly almost 4k isn't that low. I see stock 12r's with less than 5k miles go for around 3500 around my neck of te woods. It's likely to have a few small issues and the paint looks sub par but other than that I'm sure it's worth it.

Anyone know what fairing set that is?

I just got off the phone with Bob, the person selling the bike, and he said that the bike is a little rough. What exactly he meant by that is unknown to me, but he said that the previous owner was a younger person who apparently road it pretty hard. Not sure if that information may be helpful to anyone, but nonetheless I figured I would let it be known.
