Best tires for a 1999 M2 cyclone?

Hi everyone,

I would like some input on the best tires I should get for my 1999 Buell cyclone? Dunlop,Pirelli, Metzeler?

I just had a set of bridgestone battlaxe bt016 put on my bolt and so far they are great. Also check out motorcycle superstore online before you buy some, they had pretty damn good prices/free shipping. Ups delivered them in like 4 days.

Michelin Pilot Road 2's are great. Not as slippery as Metzelers. They last a long time too.

x2 on the pilots. They have a harder compound in the center so they wear great, but still have the bite on the sides when the mood hits you! I've got about 3K on mine, wearing great.

I had pilot road 3's on my r6 and they were great tires. I plan on giving the road 2's a shot soon on the x1. I have heard they last longer then the 3'a.

so it looks like Road 2's are goiung to be the best choice for me personally.

i ride straight up and down 99% of the time lol.
