So I've had my buell for a week now and still do not have a key chain for it. Silly question but does anyone know where I can get Buell key chains?

key chains are for the weak, and they scratch up your triples. I just use the key alone. Keep it in my watch pocket, and have a dish that it resides in at home.

i dont run keychains on a buell key. having soemthing hanging off the key only results in scratches around the area on the top tree.

I use rubber keychains that won't damage the finish. With 3 Buell's it's nice to have something that differentiates the keys.

YMMV,

This is what I have on my Lightning.

But like the other guys have said above. Just a key on my 1125R, no scratches.

I have a soft blue rubber buell key chain that I use and seems to work well and doesn't scratch anything.

I am looking for a nice Buell key chain for my set of car keys, I have an XB12XT Ulysses. Can anyone direct me to a site that carries a variety of key chains? Thanks!

That is what keeps me from ordering/using a "hard" key fob.

I have an alarm fob and a fob for my Led's. No scratches on my triples. They are just plastic and not metal so I don't see how they could scratch them. I do agree metal keychains or other keys would do it but not anything plastic or rubber.
