BLast won turn over after teardown

I took my blast down to the frame this winter and got everything powdercoated and painted, now i went to turn the bike over after getting it all put back together and it attempted to start but nothing, then when i let go of the starter button the neutral lightwent of and now it wont attempt to start again...i just want to ride my bike again and its been one thing after another...what i dont understand is why would the neutral light stop working after i tried starting it? i checked all the fuses and they are fine

Also, when i press the turn signal switch either way theres an awful beep/buzz coming from the fusebox area, and when i turn the key all i get is a click from one of the relays back there

Was just a bad ground
