The motorcycle was tipped over by the previous owner that had it before me. The front blinker was shattered on one side so he took both of them off. The back tail light was replaced with a integrated tail light. So to pass inspection in germany I wired up new blinkers on the front and the back. I hooked them up and cut them on and they worked fine for a few minutes of riding then I heard a faint pop noise. I checked the fuses and everything looked fine. I checked the wiring and everything was fine. Now since my blinkers do not work at all my horn has stopped working also. What would cause this issue. Sometimes my horn works and sometimes it doesnt since this has happened.

each stock signal is a 2-wire affair with a single filament bulb. wires are positive source and ground. stock tail light is 3-wire affair and dual filament bulb. do the basics as follows and use patience:
1-unplug each turn signal and test with 12-volt source. +to+/-to- see if bulb illuminates. if so reconnect....do all 4 assemblies.
2-carefully check wiring harness and plug for each assembly. check fronts closely particularly in area where bike fell over. you failed to mention your model but lightning signals in front are affixed in headlight support bucket which also houses major wiring bundles. you have a short or chafed or grounded positive wire in that area. check it closely.
3-check your left handlebar switchgear. damaged in tip over? if so check it closely for a short or damaged switch.
