bmw-six-cylinder-motorcycle-concept-1.jpg

If i wasn't in love with buell I think I would make love to this bike

BMW didn’t said exactly how much horsepower is going to release this concept but it will be the same as a 1.3 liter engine releases; this means over 150 horsepower. The torque wasn’t aso releaved but it will be somewhere at 96 lb-ft at 2,000 RPM. The redline of BMW Six Cylinder Motorcycle Concept is at 9,000 RPM.

ugly exhaust, infact ugly bike. but i wouldnt turn it down if it was given to me.

WOW! The point of having that big of a motor...ehh..It's hard to find the reasoning behind it. The bike itself, very modern, exhaust tips look sweet, the entire thing is so edgy. I love it. Kinda weird, but it's like the first time I saw the KTM RC8. It grows on you :)

the bike looks cool, except for the exhaust.
Also the idea of a 6 cylee bike Is weird!in fact it sounds gas hogish & SILLY..

I am just in awe in the fact that its an inline 6
I use to have a inline 6 in a built ford f150 and that thing was a stump puller...

which the bike is said to have 96 foot pounds at 2000 rpm so I think the bike would be freakishly stout.

if only it had a hollow gas carrying frame and swing-arm oil system with BUELL scribbled on the side

I guess everyone's aware that the Honda Goldwing has a 1800cc six-cylinder, right? I guess they have decent power for a 900 pound behemoth. :)

LEGIT!!!!

Im a fan!

Exhaust is intense but i like things that get attention and can back up there crazy looks with speed and power.

I like the look, but how does it handle? I go too fast with two cylinders (even with one, on the Blast:D), so not sure what I would do with 6.

BMW knew if it wanted to enter the sportbike market it needed to use some classic german tactics. Blitzkrieg anyone? they come out with a bike to detroy all other in the 1000cc class and one to slice and dice the Busa and ZX14. And whats this??? Now a 6cyl??? That know what they are doing. I expect BMW to be bigger in the market than Ducati very soon.

Foolish, as if BMW didn't produce bikes that were too expensive already. Oh well, they'll learn from this mistake.

My dad is the parts manager for Brown Motor Works here in Pomona, CA and they've been getting a lot of interest in the new liter RR. This concept is new to me. A lot of the BMW riders I see in the shop are middle aged or have money (or no car). The ones I applaud are the guys who do the Iron Butt rides.

I've wanted a six since I rode a CBX years ago.
I might rock one if it's under 15k.
I've been looking for a crashed KZ1300 for three years for a streetfighter/monster project and can't find one.
