Finally.....

After 3 months of getting these perfected and going through multiple suppliers for parts, I am offering stainless steel headers, equal and unequal length.

Prices start at $700 for a set of stainless steel headers.
(the more creative of a design you want, the higher the price is)

Only options will be jet hot coating and an additional front O2 sensor bung.
(both options are available for an additional cost)

I can also include:
*New retaining rings
*New exhaust flanges
*New exhaust gaskets
-$48.30

OR

I can include:
*New retaining rings
*New exhaust gaskets
-$18.08

All prices are exact from ASB(no markup), I'll just be the middle man for you so you get exactly what you need with your new header.

Shipping is still to be paid after headers are built.
(I'll contact you for shipping address and shipping payment)

This header DOES come standard with (1) rear O2 sensor bung (not pictured)

looks great Bomber got a Q for ya if I were to send ya my micron can could you build a set for it? I currently have a decent dent in the outter tube from a lowside.

Really nice work. Any chance of getting these on a dyno? Also where is the O2 bung at? Will it be in the original position or closer to the collector?

You probably skimmed over the notation at the end of the pics.....it comes standard with the rear O2 sensor bung, just not pictured.

Looks good, can't wait to get mine.

Dave is picking up his bike soon and is bringing his RSS back to town for me, been waiting on that (sorry it pushed yours back a month) but after the front header is built around that, your's is done!

His bike has been at HD for awhile getting a new rocker box seal.

Whole rocker box actually. Got it back today. Yay! it's been a month without my bike. I could drop off the RSS on monday night probably.

Can you fab a set out of cheaper mild steel, and if so how much would a equal length set Cost?

I have an 98 s1w that likes to snap exhaust brackets and shatter headers. I had a 2 into 3 titanium header that some ahole knocked over in a parking lot. Also I warped a stock stainless header that contacted the motor and grenaded. Can you build a header with mild stainless that could take a beating?

Not unless you're close enough to drop your bike off, I don't have a tuber to work off of.

+1 on the mild steel

Just not worth the time, mild steel is a pain to tig as well. SS is so much cleaner.

Nothing substantial, you'll want to dyno tune your bike to fully gain anything when swapping headers, and for looks.

Well that's why I was asking because they don't really even look different from stock besides the fact that it looks like you welded 12 pieces together instead of one smooth pipe....in my honest opinion if you want to get $700 you better do something that looks more custom.

Agreed. I think they look solid, but not enough to make me want to drop 700 bucks. And if they don't do much over stock as far as performance, that's a tough sell.

BUT, i respect the craftsmanship and the more options for Buell aftermarket parts! [up]

I like the look of them, but would also like to see some numbers on a stock, or basic mods bike.
