Although they are not riding shoes/boots per se they have been great for me. Pretty light, steel toed, comfy, and has decent ankle protection. They are around $100 but I found them for less than $50 shipped from The Sportsmans Guild and they're made by Timberland.

Sidi B2 w/ Goretex [up] Not hot at all, awesome fit & finish, not walking comfortable (but the same as any full protection boot)

What ever you get, go into a shop and try them all on and walk around some in them before buying. There is a Cycle Gear up by you in Lauderhill on University that has a good selection. Don't count out the Sidici and Bilt boots- not bad for the price either.

Kinda diggin those jupiters too.

I have driven past that cycle gear but never been in. Had many people tell me they have good prices.

Thanks for the Bday wish Bossanova.

Thanks for all the recommendations everyone.

Yeah cyclegear is a good place, I go in the one by me in OKC fairly regularly, when it comes down to it though it's really gonna matter what seems comfortable to you, everyone on here will have varying opinions on different boots, best bet is to shop around, find as Many places that sell motorcycle boots as you can and find the ones that offer the best function, style, and fit for you and your tastes.
