bottom fairing torx bolts

hey guys, I'm missing one of the size 27 torx button head bolts with a shoulder from the bottom fairing on my xb12r. I'm having trouble locating one, can anyone help? Also i need the clear plastic washer that goes with it. And last but not least i need a plastic washer that goes on the small allen head bolts that bolt on the windscreen on the front fairing, can anyone help me with that as well?

You can also go to your hardware store. I made my own shouldered bolts by taking stainless allen head bolts and slipping a small piece of aluminum tubing(cut to the same length as the shoulder) over them. They even had the white plastic washers. Cheap and effective AND looks good. Do all of the fairing bolts this way and save the originals for other areas. I am a junkie when it comes to hardware stores!

But DAMN, $4.19 per BOLT?
I have yet to find a source for these in bulk, but it's gotta be out there somewhere. I'd buy them 500+ at a time if I could get them.

alex: every H-D dealer has them in stock as they are used on quite a few sportster models as well. to be safe i would remove one from the cowling and take along to match up.


dean: i would think that either gardner-westcott or mcmaster-carr would have them.
