Just purchased a Brake Light Modulator from Vizi-Tech to install on my XB9SX. Liked a lot of the features (and pre-sales support) this had.

Been researching a bit on one of these since last Sunday when I went on a poker run with a group of Harleys. I was the only non-Harley bike there, but that's another story. One thing I noticed was this one bike's brake light and how it stood out. Similar to the XBLights, but it modulated when she was braking. Thought it was a nice safety feature.

I'll report the install progress and if anyone wants to order one, I was given a Military/Veteran discount code for 30%: 9P14X8 Good until May 20th.

Thanks for the info.... AND for the discount code..... Much appreciated.... I been researching these to find a good one to install on all three of my bikes...

EDIT: Correction, I just purchased 2 myself...

Update: Discount codes all used up. I'll provide an install review later once... I would have ordered an unit even without the discount, but, doesn't hurt to ask. You might be able to get another discount if you email and ask for one.

Time to go ride now!

Received my modulator today. Did a test fit - works great. Going to install it tonight.

I recently installed one from Radiantz. Easy install and was only around $30.

Edit: Guess what I used was slightly different from this. This one is a modulator where mine is a strobe effect that works only when you're on the brakes. Both good products IMHO. Here's the link.

Installed this. Works great. Real easy installation, just wire it between the harness and brake light.

I have another coupon if anyone wants to take advantage of this: 20% off anything in store. 10 usage. Expires = May 23. Code: 4386Y

I'll post a video of it working later. I was going to post a installation guide, but its really easy to install.

I hate when people resurrect dead threads, but thought I should chime in on this topic.

I recently installed a Vizi-tec SupaBrake-II brake light modulator and love the results. The sales support was great. I ended up with a universal kit and they provided male/female connectors so I could splice it into the origional harness. The modulator comes with 9 pre-programmed settings for amount of flashes/rate of flash. It's very easy to change settings and find one you like. I chose program set 5 after testing the different programs. The nice thing is, it doesn't flash every time you pull the lever (it's timed between lever pulls).

I know it's had good results, as I was riding with a group on father's day and my brother comented that he couldn't help but notice it every time I used the brakes. I feel it will help keep me safe in stop & go traffic and random emergency highway stops.
