Brake light

Can someone tell me how the wires hook up to the tail lights. I have a 07 XB12SS.

they plug in????

Here is a pic of my GF's lightning.

in the picture the wire on the left (orange/white) is the parking light wire and the right (red/yellow) wire is the brake, then the black is the ground.
