Brakes

I need to replace my front brake pads. I have a manual for the 05 XB12R. Are the brakes on my 07 exactly the same as the 05? Looks quite straightforward if they are. Also, any recommendations for good replacement pads? Cheers!

The pads are the same, for best bet find a site that offers brakes for the 2005 XB12R and the 2007 XB12R, then compare product number.
