brand new Buell race kit

I just saw this for sale new in the box buell race kit part #S3/T82002-99YA it did not say what it consisted of can someone cross refrence that number and let us know whats in it and what model its for.

i would say its for a 99y thats what most my parts are stamped. what dose the ecm look like? its either for the carb bikes or the efi. the old ones were rectangle with one plug i think, the efi are square with two plugs in the bottom, then the air intake will have a air sensor hole for the 99-up efi kits.
