Break Light problem?

Ok need some help my front break does not set off the break light but the back break does? Is this common where would I start to look to fix the problem any help with be great thanks.

Front brake switch, under the front brake master. what year is your bike?

Take it off and contact cleaner the hell out of it...let it soak if you need too. Actuate the trigger to now and then ,get all that crud in there broke down and gone. Mine was the same way, after a good hard cleaning it works perfectly,goin on month 2.

Usually just a loose connection at the front brake switch, or needs to be cleaned.
