I DID THE BREATHER REROUTE ABOUT 1500 MILES AGO. ALL GOOD, ALWAYS DRAINED THE EMULSIFIED OIL REGULARLY FROM THE DRIP LINE. JUST NOW STARTING TO NOTICE OIL LEAKING FROM THE FILTER. I DID THE REROUTE RIGHT WITH FILTER TIPPED UP A BIT AND THE DRIP LINE STRAIGHT DOWN INTO THE FRONT OF FAIRING... I DID IT THE STANDARD WAY LIKE ALL THE PICS. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM??

Its fine. I have 2 filters. I put one on and leave it until it's dirty, then I swap them and clean the dirty one and put it on the shelf.

I use purple power degreaser and an old toothbrush. Then I finish it with RC car air filter oil(sometimes, sometimes I forget)

Just to be sure, take a pic of your hose routing and post it. Or make sure that oil can drain down the hose to a safe place. Mine comes out near my kick stand bolt, basically lubing it. I wipe it off whenever I clean my bike because it is oily sometimes.
