When i remove the plug from the reroute drain tube to drain it every once in a while, it looks like water drains out, but the breath filter a foot up the tube drips a little oil onto my swingarm here and there. Could that be from oil over fill or what? why would oil drip out from there here and there? Its only like 5 or 6 drips over a period of time. It never did it before I changed the oil. Thanks for your help in advance.

If you do put too much oil in, that is where it will go.
5-6 drops doesn't sound like that big deal.
It sounds like as the vapors and gases from the crankcase flow through your breather setup the oil droplets condense first and drip out the breather, then the water vapor (or at least some of it) condenses and collects in the tube.

Is it possible to relocate your breather more uphill from your drain tube?
