Any of you have experience with the Brunswick Harley/Buell Dealer? Particularly the service department..
I bought my bike there, used, in 2009.. It was a great experience, my first bike purchase.. I brought it to them for the 5,000mi service in 2010 but haven't dealt with them much since.. Just a couple times for parts and oil and such.. Never really been able to get a good read from them on how they truly feel about Buells. The salesperson who sold me my bike rides a Firebolt, seems like a cool chick, always really friendly and recognizes me when I go in.. Just don't know about the rest of them.

I have had mixed fealings from them. I get my parts through them still and they are more than helpfull and some of the friendliest folks you can find.
But! I bought a blast from there for my xgf and they dropped the bike before we picked it up.[mad] so my x had to have a black blast. That was the only new one I could find left. So they would only knock $200 off the purchase price. Then the bike never ran right , brought it back they couldn't find a problem after they had it three times . They wouldn't do anything about it! So after we split she sold the bike to a friend who then found a pinched gas vent line problem solved.

I beleive the girl you speek of is jessi she's a fox and seem pretty cool , drove a xb9r yellow .

So I wouldn't recomend bringing a bike there for service . But wouldn't recomend any dealer either.

Yeah, Jess.. She's cool shit. Anyway, I actually called them today to see if I could bring my bike in on Saturday.. Tried working on it myself but it's beyond me. Hopefully they don't give me the, "oh, they all sound like that" crap. I know there's something wrong in my primary, just don't know what.
Well, thanks for sharing your thoughts Bradski. I'll post back with a review when they're done with my girl. BTW, you in NY? I'm over in VT and don't know anyone with a Buell.. Catch one cruisin through town every once in a blue moon.

He's I'm a New Yorker. Bout a hour west of Brunswick . There was a fella out your way named shaggy I beleive? How did you make out anyway?

Brunswick harley folks are decent. Haven't been there in a couple years. The service department guy that was there last time i was there owned an 1125R and was trying to sell it to me. Jess is pretty cool. I talked Buells with her for an hour one day. VT is a nice ride. Last year I went up over Champlain bridge, out VT125 and down Long Trail Brewery. Then back onto Rt 4 back into NY. It was a pretty good ride except for my face shield blowing of my helmet at 75mph.

bradski, I actually never ended up getting over there for service. After some good back and forth with a couple members here, I decided to keep riding and just keep an eye [ear] on my primary. Finished last season without any issues. It's very possible that I was getting all worked up for nothing over some noises I was hearing. Could just be age/milage..

xlr8n, That sounds like a nice ride. Where in NY are you? Either of you guys ever get over near Manchester VT?

I have been looking for Buellers around the capital district! Im in schenectady. we all should meet up some and show off your bada$$ bikes. If you guys want to meet up somewhere PM me anytime.
