Buell Firebolt XB12r Parting Out

As some of you may know I was having my bike looked at after my accident two weeks ago. They have decided it was not worth to fix it so I am taking it home and my insurance check. Im hoping to part it out and with my check have enough money to buy another XB, or even an 1125r. So here it is. Its an 2006 Firebolt XB 12r with only 8XXX miles on it. Race ECM, And Buell Racing Exhaust. Its Racing Red, with gold rims. Id like to sell the whole bike, and it does not have a salvage title. so someone could probably fix it up with a little know how. I am relativly new to Buells, and have limited knowledge is this department. I only bought it in May. so if anyone would like certain parts off of it, or too buy it let me know. Ill be posting pictures this afternoon once it gets home. and Ill be posting the estimate from the dealer so you guys will know what is wrong with it, but the plastics and everything seem in decent condition. Like I said Ill be posting pictures this afternoon late, so if anyone would like pics of certain parts of the bike let me know thanks guys.

You won't get that much selling whole. Part it out and you will have new bike cash in no time. Buell race can is bringing upwards of 500 to give you an idea.

I really really need the piece that attaches the seat lock to the cable!!!! Can't get my bike together without it!!! It's a really small piece that screws into the back of the seat lock!!!!

No I got it ULY but I'm not happy paying over 60 bucks for that whole part when I only need a ten cent part!! Woulda been fine cause they were sending two keys with it well two days after I ordered it they sent me an email they couldn't match the keys so I was getting two other (useless) keys then they couldn't send me blanks. So if I find it I'll send there's back!!!

Ok guys just brought it home, and looked it over. I am gonna part it out, its a shame the motor is in perfect condition the only BIG problem is that the forks are bent. and besides from a few scratches and a missing signal its in really good shape, but the insurance company wins I suppose. So im gonna sell it to get money too buy a new bike i hope. Ill be posting pictures this afternoon. if anyone wants shots of something particuliar just ask

Moshaholic2 - The Buell race exahust is in perfect condition.

Buellacrarcy - the passenger peg assembly is fine except the one on the left side is broken off from the accident.

Nzaneb - I have the rear cowl its good,

BKKbuell - the dash is in perfect condition

Kuntree, the rims are 100% fine and checked out by the dealer.

Hey guys i have been getting your messages and appreciate the generous flow, I will be happy to start parting her out, the only thing is I really want to have someone buy a big item first I.E motor, or something big. Id really like to just sell the whole bike even though I know I would be losing money, Id like to sell the whole bike for 3,500 like i said it will start right up hell you can drive it down the street if you want to its mechanically sound. the forks are slightly bent but barely noticeable, the only reason harley wants to total it is because of the little cosmetic damage and they have to track down some pieces and new forks, but i think for hardly any money and some mechanical know how it could be perfect for really cheap, I even have the estimate from harley so you would know how to make it 100% like i said nothing mechanically. I just don't want it anymore. So like i said id like to get 3500 for it, oh and it does NOT have a salvage title. i know i could get more if i part it all out but id like to sell it together just to avoid the hassle, but I will if i have too i will tear her down and part it out too all my new brothers, but i would really want some big pieces to sell first just so i know i'm not wasting my time starting to tear her into pieces, once again thank you for all the support/inquiries.

P.S I posted all pics of cosmetic damage on my profile, its like the first couple pictures, thats all the cosmetic damage its not much, and the Race can is in perfect shape no dents or dings.
