So i did the rocker box gaskets and intake gaskets on my bike and did new plugs and wires and today i was gonna ride it and it just is running like complete shit.
it has a jar dine exhaust on it and it sounds horrible just a weird tone to it all together, it won't idle right which is always done that and thought intake seals would fix that but then when you go to throttle it it hesitates real bad and is real sluggish. not really sure what other information would be useful here but I'm gonna purchase megalog i think and log the start ups and see if that sheds any light on the situation.

like it comes to life and then dies? you mentioned plugs. are the wires pristine and solidly placed on both the plug towers and the coils? try the simple things first like checking them.

Did TPS resets and on a cold start up it's horrible so I kept messing with it and switched between a race and stock EEPROM and nothing. It was almost like it was running on 1 cylinder because I rode it and was sluggish and jerky and popping and I got back and was like let me check plug wires and the front jug was barley even warm and the back was hot so I pulled wire and and checked for spark and it was good so I put it back on and started. Same problems then all the sudden is started sounding like it used to and much more responsive so I let it idle till it got to about 180c and did a data log on it. I just did a idle data log with short revs and then went into megalog and did a analyze it and fixed the 14.7 corrections. Reloaded that back onto the bike and it seems to be much better but I can't data log while riding with my laptop but 2 things I noticed are sometimes the idle will hang at 2k and the other is the TPS value to hold a idle is like 9.6 seems really high

like let me check plug wires and the front jug was barley even warm and the back was hot

compression + fuel + spark = combustion which = heat. you are missing one or more of the 3 combustion ingredients in your front cylinder.

Yeah I was messing with it again and it seems to be running much better now. I haven't taken it out for a ride yet as it's been cold again but I started it again and let it idle till warm and went through some short hard revs and it seemed to be reving and idling fine but haven't road yet

So today it wouldn't start or anything so I'm just gonna take it in to Harley and pay the crazy prices and have it fixed I guess

You can't start the bike and not ride it. Ever. Starting it up and letting it warm up is not good enough. You have to go out and ride it. Down the road, up the street, on the sidewalk. Wherever. But you can't just fire the bike and let it "get warm", wrench on the throttle and shut it down. It WILL most likely foul the plug(s). Ask me how I know this. If you can't ride it cause it's piss poor weather outside, then you shouldn't be starting it. Not to mention how bad it is for the motor as a whole.

yeah it won't start or anything as of today and it seems like a spark issue or something because if i try and start it it just cranks and cranks but if i give it a little gas it will kind of sputter or backfire real bad. the plugs maybe have 1 hour on them and maybe 2 miles if that on there as I've taken it around the block and that was it.

I'm assuming you checked your fuel system through ECM spy? Seems like a lack of fuel[confused]

harley figured it out pretty quickly it was the TPS was bad i guess, they said they swapped it with another bike they had and it ran fine so they have one on order for me to put on.
