Pfff. I also realized that almost all Buel pictures I have are landscapes.

Just opened the Android Market and searched for Buell.

There is an application with some Buell pictures.

i think the problem is people still think desktop application as you rightly mentioned, as well as the fact that the subject matter just work so great in landscape format!
