Ok, I just picked up a Buell XB12S yesterday and I'm very pleased. It's my first bike so, I've just been cruising around the neighborhood with it.

I got a question and I hope this doesn't sound like dumb, but is there anyway to make the throttle tighter? It feels as though it's too loose or maybe it's just me.

First off congrats and welcome to the family. By tighter I'm going to assume you mean requiring more effort to turn. If so I don't belive there is any adjustment to be made but you could always try stronger return springs. Keep in mind the higher effort will wear your wrist out quicker on longer rides.

i don't plan on any long trips, just back and forth to work and around the city. maybe i'll try the return springs.
