buell wheels?

Can anyone confirm, or deny, that these are buell wheels? They are for a friend, I don't have them to hand, just the pic asking if they could be buell wheels. I know the rear is a sprocket and not belt, and front is twin discs, but could they be from a played with bike.

Doesnt look like any buell spoke design ive ever seen.

Unless they are off a race bike? In that case they would be extremely rare. But I don't know enough to say those are race wheels. Pretty sure even the race bikes used the ZTL front setup.

There is a forged rear wheel like that for 1125/XB but they rarely pop up. And with right spacers and bearings could make a bunch of wheels fit any type of bike
