Buell xb12r not running right

Hello I just put a new crank in my buell and put the bike back together. I started it up seems to run fine except when it gets up to 4500 rpm it starts sputtering and losing power. in neutral it runs out fine. I can't seem to find a shops around me that will look at my bike. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated. I reset the timing ignition and tps
 
04 buell xb12r 22k just has a k&n intake yes it happens in every gear seem like if I accelerate slowly it doesn't do it till 5000 rpm just
 
You're clutch in good shape? Did you inspect the clutch plates/friction plates during your rebuild?
Sounds like it might be slipping?
Sounds like that might be the culprit if you're sure your TPS sensor is good to go.
 
Are you 100% sure the pushrods are on the right valves? The reddish pink striped ones should go on exhaust, and the white striped ones go on the intake.
