Well, on top of being able to make the timing covers, I now have access to a 3d modeling machine. I can make integrated turn signals specifically for buells, rear licence plate relocation pieces, and whatever else we can dream up. So long as its not a huge part, and won't be a one off, and there is enough intrest, I could make it, and mass produce it.

Lemme know what you guys would like to see and I will start modeling in SolidWorks and go from there.

First on my list of things to make. Got some super bright LED's I can use as well. Soon as I got some prototypes made, I willpost them. I have some ideas on some other small parts on my bolt that im sure for cheap prices, they will be hot sellers.

how big is big??? I wish they made translucent body work...probably too big.

flush mount signals would be nice (front and rear).

I'll see if I can redesign some pieces and make them work.

Body work is to big for the time being. Although, I could do some of the smaller body bits.

Heel guards for sure. What did u have in mind?

Clear healight covers, I can see what I can come up with. Depends on if I can mold clear urethane. I beleive I can, but im not positive.

How about clear firebolt headlight covers that sit flush with the body?
This gets my vote. Something that would replace the black inserts, maybe with integrated running lights and/or turn signals. Even if the headlights themselves poked through.

I think I can do translucent, and I know I can even do glow in the dark...haha

What I can do it make a 3D part and start some molds and go from there. Prob just the factory translucent colors?

Prob just the factory translucent colors?

heck ya...if you could do the factory orange in translucent I would be all in...what do you estimate that would cost to make?

No idea yet, all depends on if I can find the materials, and what all the process is for making the parts. If I can rapid prototype and build a mold to streamline the process then it won't be too expensive. but if I have to do each part manually then it will be more since it will take forever to do...

The EBR Pegasus with the bolts going thru the eye and nostril

If I did a flat color and just engraved that logo on it I could do that relatively easy.

Could just take a 1/4 think piece of acrylic, and cut out the shape of your preference, and then etch it. Wouldn't be the strongest, but it will work and be custom. When I get a cnc I could do a Aluminum version, will have one in a few mths from now

Rear pulley like this that doesn't cost $475.
