Buellparts.net closing shop?

I knew about ASB, but Buellparts.net too?

I actually predicted Buell shops closing down like two years ago in my oddly titled thread http://www.buellxb.com/forum/showthread.php?39766-American-Sportbike-Forever .......

Some commented that it would actually be easier to get parts now because the patents are expired, do you still think that is the case?

I purchased stuff from them and I guess I was on their email list. I got an email explaining they they are closing for business soon...

Is the result of the motor co telling dealers not to sell discounted parts to resellers?

I, too received that email back at the end of December. However, the website is still up with parts and prices still listed and the ability to add to cart. Haven't sent any emails to them yet.

I heard a guy yesterday could put parts in the cart but couldn't check out. Then an email confirmed they were officially done.
