I'm looking at getting a camcorder to attach to my bike so while out riding I can get some cool footage. My buddy has the gopro and says these bikes just shake the hell out of it and he can't get a good picture with it.

Does anyone else have this problem or did and fixed it? Or do you have suggestions of different/better bike/helmet cams that they use?

Thanks guys.

Any cam is going to get rocked if mounted in the wrong place - it's all about location. Rubber mounts or rubber strips in the right areas of the mount will help as well.

Mount a GoPro to your helmet. I think it gives a better quality video that way and you don't have to worry about vibration. We can also see when you check out that hotty at the gas station on the left :D

Also watched videos on YouTube with XBs with GoPro cams mounted on them and looked really good. Especially one where the cam was mounted somewhere round the passenger footpeg assembly.
