Can a xb12r run 110 for a few hours?

yeah, and i have both versions. they are great ha. my hands kill me after a while, need better gloves or those torque grips or whatever they are called, had them on my tuber, a million times better.

I say a fresh change of SYN oil and you should be able to "bring your bike to it's full potential".

Its just crazy that as inovative as this bike is they didnt want to put a 6th gear in it or a decent 5th

i dont know if overlooking a gear for smooth cruising at 110 is from a lack of innovation.

it doesnt cruise smooth at 75. 4k rpm is a little high. My big ass Infiniti QX56 is running 2.5k at 75.

You run the risk of burning up your stator, mines out again after 240 miles mainly above 90mph.

The last time it went out I was doing 90mph on 140 mile round trip rides (dating a girl 70 miles away).

I have spoken with Harley guys with the same issue, I may have mine rebuilt instead of replacing it with the hopes it will last longer.
