Hello all. Here's where I'm at with my build. I would like to remove the oil cooler. Now that the engine is not in cased in the original box frame, I would expect that it is getting enough air to run without an oil cooler. Any thoughts?

You mite be ok if you use the factory scoops or some kind of air scoop. If you plan on doing away with those then I wouldn’t risk it. I’m sure she will develop overheating issues. Use the oil cooler and just mount it incognito.

Currently looking at an M2 header, looks like it gives a bit more room on the front face of the motor to mount an oil cooler. @Mike, no, not going to have a fan. With the motor out of the box fame, shouldn't need one.
