Can't connect to log data in TunerPro RT..

Gone by the latest guide/intructions to set up things up for data acquisition-press the blue arrows on toolbar then the box at lower part of page briefly turns pink..then yellow with "DA: Not Connected" msg. Was able to get .bin etc. Thanks for any tips/suggestions here.
