Hi Guys,
Planning to rebuild my -07 XB12STT with a XB12R rear end.
Just got hold of a sub frame and rear hugger.

Do anyone know if they are compatible. Just to bolt it on?

Wonder what the difference between the shocks on these bikes?
Notice that the hose on the pigi back is a bit longer and the XB12R got a blue spring.

Is the XB12R spring harder?

Feel free to share advices and ideas

Shocks are different because the frames and swingarms are different. The XB-R shock does not have the right length, spring rate, or travel for your chassis. Keep your suspension and just install the tail section. The rear fender will not fit without cutting.

The subframe will not just bolt on either. The mounting points are just a little off from each other so you will have to modify it slightly to fit

Ok so the rear sub frame seams to be the same on Xb12r and 1125.

I have been study picture of them and it seams that the 1125 sub frame are in aluminium and xb12r in steal.

Is that a correct conclusion?

MVH
