changing clutch cable ???????????????

Start with the bottom side. Screw the threads in the primary case before you do anything. Then work the rest of it up. Otherwise, you will probably break it at the threads...

It's pretty easy, just follow the service manual and be extremely carefully threading it into the primary it is very delicate.

it should stay pretty straight. the casing rotates around the actual cable.

ok so whats the best way to adjust the cable at the clutch inpection cover or at the upper set screw mounted by the engine mounts

You have to adjust both it is a bit of a balancing axt. also depends on your personnel preference. Don't be afraid to play around with it.

Dont forget the o-ring at the primary cover, dont ask how i know... i deny deny deny till you have proof

it doesnt have to be very tight, that ferrule is prone to breaking

is the ferrule the female contact in priamry cover or the male threads on the end of clutch cable

no it is the threaded cap on the end of the cable, it threads into the primary
