Check Engine light only on at stop lights!!!>.......???

Hey guys. a newbie to the site here....
I got an 07 XB9SX and I noticed that on longer rides when I come to a stop light, the check engine will come on. As soon as it turns green and I get up to 2nd, the light will shut off. The bike seems to be running fine but I have noticed a change in idle while it does this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The bike is all stock and has 3200 miles on it.

Yes, the fans seem to come on correctly and normal...

my bike did the same thing it turned out to be a leaky injector seal

i would suggest that you go the the dealer and have a read-out.
can indeed be a faulty injector, amoungst other things...

mine did it with a faulty oil pressure sensor

Next will be an oil pressure sensor, sensor. Its senses if the oil pressure sensor is working

Electrical is can definetly be the hardest thing to diagnose. Sometimes it can take for ever and other times its just a matter of hooking it up to a computer.... I still have warranty left so Im going to go get it checked out. I just wanted to see if any one else might have any ideas. Thanks a lot guys. Ill let ya know what it turns out to be.

Honestly my 05 XB does miss and cough and fart at low r.p.m. through town after very fast rides down the highway. The way I understand it is your bike is learning how you ride, the ecm makes 100's of decisions per second depending on your riding style.Check your owners manual for start up and shut down procedures!
It's a trick bike from the factory and it has a very smart computer system to make it run at optimum!!!!!!!!
