cant wait to see the flyscreen and ram air type airbox cover would rock
any luck on getting a page for your parts yet?

Tarvis, they told me i have to sell some stuff first to get a page, which is more than reasonable. I will shortly. Let's get a few parts made and sold, and have some customer feedback first, then i bet we can get them to let us make a section :)
As for the secret part, the unveiling should be happening soon! I think what i am going to do is do a drawing, everyone in the drawing will have a chance to win this part, and whoever is drawn from the list ( which will be done on video and also posted on youtube...makes it more fun ) will have the part shipped to them for free! all that will be requested will be that they do a write up of the part and the install.
NOTE: this mystery part is for the lightning, not firbolt...just a little hint..and an FYI for those with firebolts to be upset with me for getting them excited for nothing..haha.

I textd you last night askin about the secret part.

He wont tell everyone. I tried to find out....lol

I have a present for you all....:http://s902.photobucket.com/albums/ac227/cjdesignfirm/

I'll post a group buy thread with prices, but this is just to give you an idea of just one of the parts i have been designing in my lair...

This airbox cover will be finished by the end of the week, at which time i will post prices. I'll make it in carbon, fiberglass and eventually in translucent colors. Spread the word!

Fabic, i know i am soooo annoying making you all wait, but i am only one man and i work 15-18 hours a day on my business and squeeze these parts in while i wait for other stuff to cure. I am trying to get stuff done fast :)

What do you guys think about making matching airscoops a bit larger than the stocker and more edgy like f-15ish

Thats sweet.

I was thinking of some kind of undertray that would get rid of the stock tail light. A LED tail light that would conform with the body lines.

Two ideas:

1) Airbox cover, divided in half. Two separate intake ducts. The top/back is ram-air cooling for the rear cylinder, the bottom section is the regular airbox. Kinda like the stock cover, with ram-air ducts for the rear cylinder running through it.

2) New side air ducts. Start with a tubular shell that doubles as frame sliders in the case of a fall, then add fiberglass to disguise/double it as air tubes to cool the rear cylinder.

Good ideas guys good ideas..... UPDATE:
My home i am building is in the final stage...This Saturday is the last day i have to have it finished and up for sale. SO that means my time can now go back to parts! I will be getting back to making all the designs we have been talking about. Stay tuned and any words of encouragement will go a long way right now, i am super over stressed...

take it one day at a time man :D

everyone will love to see you get back on the parts [up]

Hey CJ, is there any progress on the translucent undertails? I know you are super busy, but I was going to be placing another order of Chinese carbon fiber ebay parts and was thinking about getting one of the $200 carbon fiber undertails. I would much prefer a translucent undertail, but if there's a good chance you might not end up making them could you let me know? Thanks.

Hey there, i am on the verge of the tiesto airbox cover and the GT ram scoops, but no date yet on when i'll start the undertrays, if ever. sorry..:(

CJ. You do welding?

Today's thought is a universal muffler mount. Basically, an H-shaped shell that mounts like the shell of a stock muffler to the bike, with fairing mounting points. Then, have a universal X" bend from the header to the center of this section.

Basically, people can pick and choose their own generic mufflers from ebay or an auto parts store, slide it in the "cage" you built, onto the header adaptor you made.
